CEO & Founder
Michaela McMichael
Michaela has worked as a lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop/street dance choreographer and performer for over 15 years now. She first studied Mental Health Nursing at Queens University but after her studies and starting a family, Michaela decided she wanted to create an environment for children where they could feel safe and supported to build their self-esteem, encourage greater self-awareness, and develop character. In 2013 she founded ICONIC Street Dance where she is currently Choreographer, Artistic Director, and Manager.
Coach & Coreographer
Sydney Rosier
Sydney has trained and performed as a dancer for several years. She has been a student at ICONIC, then volunteered and now she is our current Head Coach. She is an extremely talented dancer and a wonderfully gifted coach. She is passionate about dancing and loves being able to share this passion with others within ICONIC.
