CEO & Founder
Michaela McMichael
Michaela has worked as a lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop/street dance choreographer and performer for over 15 years now. She first studied Mental Health Nursing at Queens University but after her studies and starting a family, Michaela decided she wanted to create an environment for children where they could feel safe and supported, to build their self-esteem, encourage greater self-awareness, and develop character. In 2013 she founded ICONIC Street Dance where she is currently Manager and Artistic Director.
Head Coach & Coreographer
Sydney Rosier
Sydney has trained and performed as a dancer for several years. She has been a student at ICONIC, then volunteered and now she is our current Head Coach. She is an extremely talented dancer and a wonderfully gifted coach. She is passionate about dancing and loves being able to share this passion with others. We couldn’t do what we do at ICONIC without her – she is an absolute treasure.

CHloe Walker
Chloe was first a student at ICONIC, then trained as a Junior Coach and is now one of our most loved coaches for our Junior kids and external projects. She is an extremely talented dancer and is the kindest, sweetest coach to all our students. The dancers are learning so much from her and we are so glad she is part of our team.
Coach
Alex Ramsey
Alex was first a student at ICONIC too and followed our Coach training pathway to become a coach. She is a fantastic dancer who loves to perform and now coach. She supports and facilitates many of our external projects and does a great job whatever is thrown at her. Her positivity is contagious and we love having her as part of the team.
JUNIOR COACHES
Oscar McMichael, Stella Stewart, Bo Peterson, Erin Laverty, Matthew Murphy, Brooke Kelly and Evie Wilson.
It starts off as being part of an ICONIC class, volunteering and supporting classes, and now all of these students have completed their Junior Coaching training. They are fantastic, kind, energetic dancers who make a huge difference in our classes and for all our students. We love these guys and hope you get to meet them at some stage!
